Payment plan via the HCR by credit card. You can select this when you get to the payment section. It will say 'Full Payment' or 'Installments'
- Initial payment of 25% at checkout
- Payment #2 - October 15th
- Payment #3 - November 15th
- Payment #4 - December 15th
Those that have opted into a payment plan are responsible to ensure the appropriate space is available on their credit card on the stipulated transaction dates. Additional fees will apply for declined transactions.
E-transfer payments will be accepted and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (auto-deposit, no passwords required). Cheques can be drop in the Metro West Force mailbox at the BMO Centre 61 Gary Martin Dr, Bedford NS (email Matt at email@example.com for this payment option)
Family Discounts (exclusive to MWF registrsation)
3rd athlete registered with MWF in a family - $250 discount
4th athlete registered with MWF in a family - $500 discount
The discounts are cumulative.
For example - if you have 4 athletes registered with MWF, your total discount will be $250 + $500.
We recongnize that players may have to cancel their registration for various reasons. The date the request is received is the date that will be used to calculate the refund. Calculations for refunds are based on the standard rates (the $50 late fee and Hockey Canada insurance is not refundable).
- Full refunds will be made prior to registration closing and the start of the season (less a $50 admin fee)
- Prior to November 15th, a 75% refund will be issued (less a $50 admin fee)
- Prior to November 30th, a 50% refund will be issued (less a $50 admin fee)
- Prior to December 15th, a 25% refund will be issued (less a $50 admin fee)
- After December 15th, no refunds will be issued
All refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis and approved by the Registrar and VP Finance.
