MWF is excited to announce that our 2026/27 Pre-Evaluation Conditioning Camp Registration is Open!

Cost: $125 for skaters / $105 for goalies
Age Group: U11, U13, U15 and U18
Projected Dates: September 1st to September 12th*
*Please note: sessions will take place Sunday, September 6 and Monday, September 7. We cannot confirm which groups at this time. 

*Pre-season skates for U9, U11C and U13C members will take place later in September; stay tuned for details once finalized.

The goal is to build confidence, sharpen skills, foster a positive MWF Association environment, and prepare athletes for the pace and demands of the upcoming evaluations and season.   

Players will have 4 sessions that will be designed to offer game specific skill development with station-based format as well as game tactics. Each session emphasizes fundamental skills and game-readiness by focusing on puck control, skating agility, passing and tactical awareness utilizing SAGs (small area games). The sessions will incorporate small-area games, situational drills to improve decision-making, competitiveness, and hockey IQ and build to game readiness. 

Sessions are run by our Technical Director, Jordan Burke and Goalie sessions are run by our Goalie Coach, Jamie Johnson, and their teams. 

GOALIES: Goalies will attend regular sessions plus there will be one (1) Goalie specific session per age group (subject to change based on registration numbers).
Note: Although there is no goalie specific instruction during regular sessions this is a great opportunity for Goalies to hit the ice and participate in drills and small area games. 

Please note:

• Registration for Pre-Season Camps CLOSES AUGUST 20 or when sessions are full
• All sessions are held at the Greenfoot Energy Centre (Goalie only sessions may take place at another rink)
• Pre-Evaluation Conditioning Camps will consist of four sessions (per age group) 
• Final schedule will be dependent on the number of players registered at specific levels.  Finalized schedules and groups will be shared as soon as possible, once registration has been completed.
• Space is limited. Maximum of 30 players and 4 goalies per group.  Be sure to register early to secure a spot. Your spot is not secured until payment has been received - if sending etransfer please send immediately following registration. (Payments are not to be sent prior to registration being completed!)
• Fees can be paid by credit card payment through GrayJay Pay or e-transfer.  E-transfers can be sent to payments@metrowestforce.com, please include players name in the message line and receipt number found in your GrayJay Pay receipt email. 
• Fees cannot be prorated if you’re missing a session. 
• Refunds: 100% refund minus $25 administration fee prior to August 26, 2026. No refunds thereafter.
