Team Orders

MWF Team Order Sheet 

Pro Hockey Life is the official merchandise supplier for Metro West Force for the 2024/25 season and a proud sponsor. Pro Hockey Life’s team sales team has prepared a team order sheet to get you started, including the new sublimated name bars and ‘C’ and ‘A,’ practice jerseys, etc., additional items can be sourced for teams, including team helmets, gloves, etc. with discounted pricing. *Please note, it is mandatory for all teams to purchase the new sublimated name bars to match the new jerseys. 

Pant Shells (Mandatory for ALL U11, U13, U15 and U18 Teams)
We will be doing an association order, to achieve the price in the team sales sheet. The size chart is attached, samples have shipped and we’ll reach out when they arrive to ensure your team can try them on, and provide you with a spreadsheet to submit your sizes to membershipgrowth@metrowestforce.com

Alternative sizes for jerseys and socks
Each team will receive a team set of jerseys and socks for each player, home and away. We have a limited supply of additional jerseys (player and goalie) and we have an inventory of the new socks. If you need a different size please reach out to Brittany Pottie at equipment@metrowestforce.com

MWF Fall 2024 Online Store
Families can order MWF-branded apparel through our Pro Hockey Life store. Fall store is open until Oct. 15. Orders go into production once the store closes. Delivery is approx. 3-4 weeks (note gear bags are 6-8 weeks). https://mwfapparel2024.itemorder.com/shop/home/

Player Discount Cards
Each player will receive a Pro Hockey Life discount card, that includes 5 free skate sharpening. This is redeemable in-store only. Once ready we will reach out and arrange getting your team cards to you. 

Team Banking
MWF teams will need to set-up a bank account to hold team funds. To facilitate the process we are collecting information from each team using the google form at the link below.  Once that information is submitted, we will reach out to arrange for documents to be signed and cards to be picked up.

If you are an existing Scotiabank customer, you will be able to execute all documents via e-mail.  If you are not an existing Scotiabank customer, you will need to attend a Scotiabank branch and execute the documents in person, which will require you to provide additional information and proof of ID.

Accounts will be set up on the Scotia Community Account Plan : 10 transactions for $3/month ($1.25/ transaction over 10 transactions).

Accounts are being set with a pre-approval limit that will enable the card holder to issue payments up to the pre-approved limit of $1500, without approval of the second signing authority. This will enable teams to pay for tournament registrations, etc., via e-transfer.

NOTE: While it may be possible for the accounts to be opened entirely via e-signature (if you are existing Scotiabank customers), each cardholder will still need to visit a Scotiabank branch to set-up their pin.

Fundraising
Many teams participate in fundraising events in order to help alleviate some of the costs associated with playing hockey. Be sure to review MWF's Financial Guidelines to review our Fundraising policy. It is important to remember any event where a prize (cash or otherwise) is awarded, a Lottery licence must be obtained.  Ticket Lottery Permit
