2021 Conditioning Camp COVID Information

Hello parents and guardians with players registered for conditioning camp starting next week. I hope your players are as excited to get back on the ice as we are!

We have close to 300 players registered for our 2021 conditioning camp starting Sept 7, and we are ready!  A few key things you need to know:

  • Most importantly, parents must screen their players for COVID-19 symptoms before they come to the rink. Here is a link to the Hockey Nova Scotia Screening Tool.
  • If a player is unwell, they cannot participate in the session.
  • All sessions are at BMO Centre.
  • Parents will be allowed to watch.  More details to follow.
  • Children are only allowed in the facility 15 minutes before their scheduled ice time so they should come partially dressed.
  • All players must wear a mask into the facility and in the dressing room until they are going on the ice.
  • Players must check in with the Metro West Force Safety Representative and give verbal confirmation that they have no symptoms.
  • If a player becomes unwell on the ice, she will be isolated until a parent can pick her up.
